Steps to block a caller in Microsoft Teams
- In your call history, locate the number you want to block and click on the three dots and select “Block”:
- To manage your blocked callers list, click on the three dots toward the top right of Teams and select “Settings”:
- Then select “Privacy” and then the “Edit blocked contacts” button:
- From there you will see the numbers you have blocked and can unblock if needed:
