Purpose:

This document will demonstrate steps for a recipient of a Gardant Management Solutions encrypted email to open and view the contents of the email.

Steps to open and view a GMS encrypted email:

1. The addressed party will receive a message which looks like this:
   
   
   
2. The person receiving the message will simply follow the instructions in the message to view its content which involves downloading and opening the attachment:
   
   
   
3. Clicking to use a one-time passcode:
   
   
   
4. An email with the code will be sent to the email which received the message:
   
   
   
5. Enter the passcode:
   
   
   
6. The content of the message will be displayed:
   
   
   
7. The receiving party can then reply securely to the message by simply selecting the reply options in the upper right of the screen:
